Any dog that weighs 85lbs or more will have a $5 additional charge automatically added to any boarding stay to accommodate the support that's required for their care. 

For owners with human reactive dogs this option is for you. After a required evaluation by our team; your dog will have dedicated team members that are qualified to take care of them during the duration of their stay.

The Potty & Polish service is for pups that need frequent cleaning due to repeated accidents. We’ve created a dedicated space for these dogs, ensuring their comfort while providing the cleanliness and hygiene they deserve. After each incident, they receive a thorough, gentle bath, keeping them fresh and comfortable throughout their stay. This service is ideal for dogs requiring extra attention to cleanliness, helping them feel polished and pampered even in challenging situations.

Senior Snuggles is designed for our more mature guests who need extra care during their stay. We provide a calm, stress-free environment with cozy sleeping arrangements and regular, gentle potty breaks. With a focus on their comfort, mobility, and well-being, we ensure that senior dogs receive the additional support they deserve, making their stay restful and pleasant. This personalized care approach keeps your senior dog happy and well-cared for in their golden years.

Our Pawscription Plan is tailored for pets requiring complex medical care beyond standard dosing. Whether it’s multiple medications, frequent injections, or specialized care needs, this plan ensures your dog receives the precise medical attention they need. From managing intricate pill schedules to administering injections, we provide expert oversight to maintain your pet’s health and comfort. Your dog will receive compassionate, professional care that goes above and beyond basic medication administration.

We understand that some dogs simply don’t thrive in social settings, and we’re happy to provide a tailored stay for those guests. This option is reserved for dogs who go above and beyond in showing their distaste for other dogs. For their safety and comfort—as well as that of our other guests—we place them in a completely separate area with no interaction or shared space. All dogs who fall under this category are automatically upgraded to our Lux Suites, charged at the suite rate. If a Lux Suite is not available, we offer more independent accommodations, which will incur a $20 daily Unnecessary Ruffness charge.

We understand that heat cycles can show up unexpectedly, which is why we offer our “Heat Happens” Comfort Care—a special service designed to keep your dog comfortable and well-cared for during her cycle. Whether she’s just starting or already mid-cycle, our experienced team is ready to provide attentive, compassionate care. The additional fee helps cover the cost of extra supplies and cleaning to ensure a clean, safe, and stress-free environment for all our guests.

Some dogs need a little extra care that exceeds what OPK would classify as standard. We are here to provide that and will only apply this add-on after consulting with you.

For our Pet Lodge and Pet Lodge Plus guests, we provide photo and text updates every other day during your pet’s stay.
